Privacy Policy

In short: This website collects nothing about you unless you fill in the contact form, and if you do, your message is emailed to me and is not stored on the site. There are no cookies, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. I do not sell or share personal information.

What is collected

Information you give me. When you use the contact form, you submit:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to give it — this field is optional
• The service you are interested in
• Anything you write in the message field

Please do not use the contact form to send detailed health information. A short description of what you would like to work on is helpful; specifics are better discussed in the consultation.

Information collected automatically. Like any website, this one runs on a server, and that server keeps standard technical logs — IP address, browser type, the pages requested and when. These are generated by my hosting provider and are used to keep the site running and secure. I do not use them to build a profile of you.

What I do not collect. This site sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, no advertising or marketing pixels, no social media trackers, and no session recording. It does not track you across other websites.

It also makes no requests to any third-party server. Everything the site needs to display a page — including its typefaces — is served from this site. Loading a page here tells no one but me and my hosting provider that you visited.

How information you provide is used

Contact form submissions are used for one purpose: to reply to you and, if you would like, to arrange a consultation. They are not added to a mailing list, not used for advertising, and not shared for anyone else's marketing.

Who else is involved

Two service providers handle information on my behalf. Neither uses it for their own purposes.

• Netlify hosts this website and runs the code that processes the contact form. Netlify keeps standard server logs — things like IP address and which pages were requested — for a limited period under its own privacy policy. The code that handles the form does not write the contents of your message into those logs.
• Resend delivers the email that carries your message to me, using Amazon Web Services for delivery. Resend keeps a record of messages sent for a limited period under its own privacy policy.

Once your message reaches me, it sits in my email account like any other correspondence.

Beyond that, I share personal information only where I am legally required to.

I do not sell your information

I have never sold or shared personal information for money or for anyone's advertising, and I do not intend to.

How long I keep it

The only lasting copy of your message is the email in my own account. The website keeps nothing, and neither Netlify nor Resend retains it beyond the limited periods described in their own policies.

I keep enquiries for as long as they are useful — while we are corresponding, and afterwards as a record of who has been in touch. If you would like your enquiry deleted, ask and I will delete it.

Your choices

Write to me at priya@wellnessbydesign.biz and I will, within a reasonable time:

• Tell you what information about you I hold
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete it

You do not need to give a reason, and asking will not affect how I work with you.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. This site does not track visitors across other websites in the first place, so there is nothing for that signal to switch off. No third party collects personally identifiable information about your activity across other sites through this one.

Health information

This policy covers the website. Information you share with me in the course of a consultation or ongoing sessions — health history, goals, how you are doing — is handled separately and confidentially, is kept only for as long as I am working with you and a reasonable period afterwards, and is never discussed with anyone, including a referring clinician, without your written permission.

Children

This site is not directed to children, and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent me information through this site, please let me know and I will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. If a change is significant, I will say so on the page for a reasonable period so it is not easy to miss.
