Therapeutic Yoga

Small-group practice adapted around a shared health concern, recovery, or life transition.

Therapeutic yoga adapts the practice to support specific health concerns, recovery, or life transitions. Working in small groups, postures, breathwork, and relaxation techniques are gently modified to meet your body where it is.

It is useful for managing chronic pain, stress, anxiety, injury recovery, or limited mobility: for example yoga for back pain, yoga for cancer survivors, or yoga as stress reduction. Props, adaptations, and variations are the norm, not the exception.

Therapeutic yoga bridges general practice and clinical care, offering a softer, more restorative approach for those who need extra support. The emphasis is on healing, comfort, and rebuilding capacity at a pace that honors your needs.
